FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Rush services are available throughout the year with some limited exceptions to accommodate high volume seasons, holidays etc. Standard rush service is 1 week earlier than current production time. For example, if production is running 4 weeks a standard rush service would be 3 weeks production. A rush charge of 30% per piece will apply. Emergency rush service is 2 weeks earlier than current production time. For example, if production is running 4 weeks an emergency rush service would be 2 weeks production. A rush charge of 50% per piece will apply. Note that rush service refers to production time only and is exclusive of time in transit. Production time is calculated from time of strikeoff approval.

We charge for virtual mockups. A fee of $100(P) will apply to mockup requests and includes the original mockup and 2 minor edits. Mockups requests need to be accompanied by vector artwork. Any logos that need to be redrawn will be charged as $30(P) per logo. Note that your artwork fee covers your setup charge as well. Once your mockup is approved for production, no additional setup charge will apply. Not ready to commit to a mockup? You can also look through our pre-designed templates for inspiration or use any free online builder - we can recreate the look when you're ready.

We have twin factories in both China and Mexico. Your order could be produced in either location depending on the product and capacity. Not to worry, both factories are exactly the same right down to the type of tape we use on the boxes. We ship direct from the factory to either you or your customer - whatever you prefer! All duties/taxes and import fees are paid by us so you never have to worry about additional charges at delivery.

We do keep samples of most items for those that like to touch and feel. Samples are charged as 1 unit (net) minus 40%. Freight is typically $10 for 1-2 samples and $15 for 3-5 samples. Over 5 units will be estimated at time of request. We do not ship on third party accounts into the US as we have no way to know what extra charges may apply to your shipment/account (duties/taxes/brokerage etc.). Shipping on our DHL express account always includes those extra charges and is usually faster and cheaper than shipping on customer accounts. If you would like to ship on your own UPS account into the US you do so with the understanding that you are solely responsible for any additional fees associated with that shipment and will not be reimbursed for those charges.

You can certainly do a custom pre-production sample of any item. You will be charged 1 unit from the 10 pc price plus a $30 small order fee. Standard setup charges and production times apply.

We do not stock sizing kits but we do have random samples that can be used in conjunction with sizing charts and infographics on measuring existing garments against the chart to find the best fit. Alternatively, you can purchase a custom jump or full size kit to suit your needs at a 25% discount.
